A different constraint
The usual mobile setup optimizes for weight. Parenting changes the objective function: the system must survive interruption, move in seconds, and preserve enough context to resume without ceremony.
I experimented with fewer devices, stronger defaults, and work units small enough to finish between unpredictable moments. The useful discovery was not a particular keyboard. It was that resumability is a first-class product feature.
