Building products. Studying systems. Sharing what survives contact with reality.

I’m a technical founder and systems builder. I investigate how products and mechanisms succeed or fail, then share the experiments, tradeoffs, and principles I find.

FRICTION 01
BUILD

EVIDENCE 02

One loop, many domains.

Recurring lenses

The subjects move. The questions remain.

These are not permanent niches. They are different places to ask the same questions: why does this work, where does it break, and can the mechanism be made more elegant?

How I think

A few operating principles

Not commandments. Working models, revised by evidence.

01

Built for repetition

I care about systems that work reliably over time, not only when conditions are controlled.

02

Mechanisms over spectacle

I look for small, well-placed constraints that create effects much larger than their surface area.

03

Speed with feedback

Velocity matters when it shortens the loop between intention, evidence, and a better decision.

04

Friction is evidence

Resistance in a workflow is information about assumptions the system got wrong.

05

Experiments before certainty

A useful test beats a confident opinion—especially when the environment is changing.

06

Lower the cognitive tax

Good products make the right next action easier to see, not merely technically possible.

The working process

Thinking is downstream of doing.

The public work is not a separate content machine. It is the residue of noticing, testing, and building in the real world.

Current experiments

Work in motion

A changing set of products and investigations. The projects evolve; the pursuit of useful, legible systems does not.

Personal context

A life spread across systems.

I’m Dominican, live in Spain, and have spent years founding and building software companies—including several inside financial systems. Fatherhood has made the hidden architecture of daily life much harder to ignore. Across all of it, I keep returning to the same interest: building useful products and understanding why they work.

Experience & proof

Credibility, in artifacts

01Companies & products

Founded and built software businesses from first systems through real operations.

02Technical work

Architecture, mobile products, automation, financial infrastructure, and AI-assisted systems.

03Public record

Essays, product artifacts, experiments, and conversations that show the work behind the claims.
